You may not have thought of olive oil as being something you can use to get your hair back, however many have found that this natural oil can work wonders for those with thinning hair. It’s all about how the oil works to get rid of harmful contaminants within your scalp that can cause your follicles to clog.

    • I love olive Oil–For much more than cooking! It truly is a fantastic little ingratiation. Thanks, I’m gonna put that in a future post about thinning hair for men, But I’m gonna include woman too. :) Thanks for the comment! /love

    • Hello!

It is really normal that hair falls out every day. But sometimes it can be due to bad eating habits and stress.

It is really important that you eat right and healthy foods first of all.

Second, You can use a fingers and give your scalp a long massage every day to stimulate the blood circulation on your head which with stimulate hair growth. You can also massage in a few drops of olive oil, this will help strengthen your hair.

Another great thing you can put in your hair is egg yoke, leave it in for 10 minutes. After wash with a good shampoo and conditioner.

Hope it helps a bit, :)

  9. Great tips! You’ll also want to take a close look at your diet—are you getting plenty of lean proteins and healthy fats? Eating your veggies? Put junk into your body, and all you’ll get is junk results!

nice post! Can you go into detail on the potato tip? I’ve never heard of this before, curious as to how it works.

    • Thanks!

So basically you boil some potatoes and let the water cool a bit before massaging it in your scalp and washing your hair with it while showering. Also its good to leave it in for a while and then apply your conditioner and was hair as usual. :)
